Q. What stone and block products does NBC use?
A. NBC uses all masonry products available by the industry.

Q. Does NBC provide services during the winter?
A. With the exception of extreme weather conditions such as rain; temperatures bellow freezing levels; and snow storms, NBC provides services year round. If necessary Winter Conditions (controlled environment) may apply.

Q. What amount of maintenance is required for the upkeep of masonry work?
A. What is great about masonry is the fact that it is almost maintenance free! One of the incentives for having masonry is the fact that it is maintenance free.

Q. How long would it take to receive an estimate and how much does it coast?
A. NBC offers all-most immediate service. Within a few days an estimator would be send to visit the site and consult with client. During the visit/consultation the client will have the opportunity to describe the scope of work. The estimator would note all existing conditions and a few days later would provide the client with an FREE ESTIMATE.

Q. I would like to have a pool but do not have a design. How do I go about obtaining a design?
A. One can either bring to NBC a set of drawings with a design done by others, or NBC can provide the Home Owner with a design. NBC in its effort to be a Design & Built company provides professional design services that are to the client’s satisfaction.

Q. Do I need to go through a permitting process?
A. Yes! An in-ground swimming pool is considered a structure that has to go through a permitting process. More specifically, a proposed design may require approval from all the following departments: Health Department; Conservation Department; Planning & Zoning; Building Department.

Q. What are the factors that affect the price of a pool?
A. As any other construction project it is the choice of materials, the volume of the pool, necessary site and landscape alterations that will determine the cost.
